We installed this incredible Novus gas fireplace and rustic looking surround with mantel in a Lisbon area home. Now, about that stone surround. Our stone veneer masons built this surround with a ledgestone veneer. Even looking at it up close, you would pretty much have to be a geologist to be able to tell it’s cultured stone and not the real deal. To finish off this fireplace, we installed a slate mantel to match the slate tiles on the elevated hearth.
