Stone Accent Wall for Mequon Parade of Homes House

This is a stone accent wall we installed for a Trustway Homes exhibit at a Parade of Homes show. As you can see, the cabinet installers had not yet completed their installation of the stovetop and the flooring hadn’t been put down yet, either. Our stone wall sure looks great, though!

The stone veneer on this wall is from Boral, one of the leading manufacturers of cultured stone. Although this particular color (“Kapula”) has been discontinued, we can get stone veneer of similar hue from several other manufacturers. If you prefer the look of smaller pieces of stone, you have plenty of options there, too.

As with any stone veneer product used in a kitchen, we recommend sealing the product to protect against splashes and spills. It's easy to do, and will help make cleanups easier while also protecting against staining.
